Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Once you are here you will
— Analyze, describe and visualize the current state of business processes
— Conducting surveys of business processes: collecting initial information from the business owner, interviewing process stakeholders, identifying bottlenecks
— Modeling process logic using modern notations and modeling tools
— Participation in business process change projects, digital transformation, business process re-engineering
— Formation of proposals for changes in business processes and an action plan for their implementation
— From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role even where these fall outside of your own department/team.

About you
— Knowledge of modern tools for modeling and analysis of business processes, practical experience in applying different modeling notations
— Experience documenting requirements (business requirements, functional requirements, technical requirements, user stories, etc.)
— Experience with BPMN 2.0, Miro, and preparation process of technical documentation.
— Understanding the software development life cycle
— Ability to create technical documentation
— Ability to work under pressure
— Solid knowledge of English

VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
