About position
Chief Operating Officer (f/m/x)
This position is essential to VISARIGHT’s ongoing growth and scaling. You will oversee the operations and procedures across all business functions, operational strategy, recruitment and will be responsible for efficient scaling of the business. The position’s ultimate goal is to drive extensive and sustainable growth. We are looking for a proactive individual for a full-time role to work remotely or in one of our offices in Magdeburg or Berlin.
Responsibilities
What the role involves
— Overseeing processes and implementing better business practices
— Setting the right targets and establish OKRs & KPIs
— Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
— Leading operational launches of new products in close cooperation with the Management and the technical team
— Identifying & developing partnerships and new channels for growth
— Providing operational support to the CEO
— Oversee hiring, onboarding, continuous learning and relevant change management

Requirements
Preferred qualifications
— 3+ years of experience with progressive general management responsibilities in the technological product industry in a high-paced growth environment
— 3+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally with a spike in finance
— Strong leadership skills having previously helped grow a start-up
— Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
— Strong time management, prioritization skills and attention to detail
— Excellent technical and analytical abilities
— Self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude
— 3+ years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally with a spike in finance

About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
