Customer Success Manager

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager, who will be the voice of VISARIGHT and an integral part of our customers’ success. The specialist will provide specific information regarding the services and products, as well as answer phones, provide troubleshooting information, report and analyze customers' information and needs

What the role involves
— Provide prompt answers to customer questions (Email, online chat) and work in our CRM;
— Support clients throughout the entire immigration cycle — from the moment of registration on the platform to obtaining a residence permit upon arrival in Germany;
— Communicate customer feedback to various teams — including technical and marketing departments — in order to improve the overall customer experience.
Minimum qualifications
— 1+ years of Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar CS role;
— Professional communication skills by phone and email in English and German; — Proficiency with Google Workspace products;
— Sincere desire to delve into the problems of users and solve them;
— Initiative and ability to work in a team;
— Ability to work in a multitasking mode with a large amount of information;
A big plus would be:
— Experience working with international companies;
— Understanding of the specifics of working in a digital startup and the digital environment in general;
— Understanding of the visa process. If you have work experience in a consulate or visa agency, you are our ideal candidate;

How we work
About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).

We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
