About position
Head of Sales
We are looking for a talent Head of Sales who is not only a keen seller but also will play a major strategic role in the sales. A person who is willing to develop the sales processes from its start and become a leader of the Sales Department in the nearest future.
What the role involves
- To develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets
- To examine growth opportunities, enable sales improvements
- To create and update sales strategy, pricing
- To co-operate with Marketing Dep. in the questions of market, competitors and the newest sales instruments researches
- To build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers, both existed and potential, regularly interact with them, get their feedback and optimise the processes
- To co-operate with the management and propose ideas about product development
Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years in sales (b2b) in IT, SaaS, or comparable industry that is heavily reliant on technology
- Experience in implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
- Solid skills in analytics, forecasts and different forms of reports creation by using various tools
- Understanding the specifics of working in a digital startup and the digital environment in general
- Can provide the real results of successful sales activity
- Languages: English - fluent is a must, German - is a plus
