— Support and innovate HR administrative tasks such as contracts, vacations, probationary periods, onboarding and offboarding of employees
— Design and update existing company policies, and SOPs, identify areas of improvement and create missing processes from scratch
— Build a continuous learning environment within the organization, develop and maintain a learning culture
— Monitor employee performance, (KPIs, milestones) and create clear and efficient processes on how to track progress
— Support People Management by resolving daily issues/answering questions, keeping employees happy and engaged
— Innovate, identify and create new ways to attract the best talents, improve talent acquisition processes and strategies
— Work with analytics, data, market research, and constant improvement of a candidate’s experience.
