IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
Your Role
— Planning from execution to delivery (setting an appropriate schedule for the development of certain deliverables, defining roadmap milestones, monitoring progress)
— Maintaining technical and executive project documentation
— Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
— Design and develop processes to optimize efficient development process flow and improve process capability
— Conducting regular meetings with the team and stakeholders, monitoring progress and tracking roadblocks

About you
— Several years of experience in project management for software development, at least 2 years’ experience in leading a team in a collaborative format
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English C1 and (preferably) in German (B1)
— Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
— Strong technical background, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
— Willingness to take responsibility, and fast decisions, a goal-oriented mindset
— Strong understanding of Agile principles and methods, experience with different project management methodologies and tools, and willingness to implement them
— Extensive experience in process optimization and automation
— Reliability, team spirit and hands-on mentality

VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
