Key Account Manager

VISARIGHT is a VC-backed SaaS startup based in Germany and operating globally. We help to relocate professionals from all countries to Germany. Our goal is to build the leading immigration platform in Europe.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for and managing current key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

What the role involves
— Be the first point of contact for all current clients and their needs
— Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company, regularly interact with them, get their feedback and optimise the processes
— Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
— Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
— Strategic planning to improve clients experience
— Cooperate with Marketing Department to create effective sales strategies
— Analyzing client’s data to provide customer relationship management
— Resolving key client issues and complaints
About you
— 2+ years of proven experience as B2B key account manager
— Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (preferred)
— Excellent computer skills, experience with CRM software, Google Workspace — Conflict management skills
— Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
— Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
— Ability to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail

How we work
About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).

We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
