VISARIGHT is a VC-backed SaaS startup based in Germany and operating globally. Our goal is to build the leading immigration platform in Europe. This position is essential to VISARIGHT’s ongoing growth and scaling. We are looking for a proactive individual for a full-time role to work remotely or in our office in Magdeburg.
Business Project Manager
Responsibilities
Once you are here you will
— Oversee and orchestrate day-by-day project execution activities and relevant milestones, deliverables and outcomes on the business side together with implementation partners
— Manage strategic projects using the appropriate project management tools and techniques
— Define project objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities
— Develop and execute a detailed project plan; provide updates to internal and external stakeholders; ensure that all projects are delivered on time
— Defining resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an efficient manner
— Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
— Use industry’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution
— As a vital part of the Business Development team, you develop ideas to adapt and improve our internal processes

About you
— Solid experience in leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a startups
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (preferred)
— Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
— Experience in writing SOPs, processes, procedures, user manuals and/or work instructions
— Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
— Creativity, curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to explore previously uncharted business areas
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
— Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of the organization

About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
