About position
We are currently looking for a working student (20 h/week) to support our clients on the first steps in Berlin and help them to settle in.
Responsibilities
What the role involves
— Support clients with the apartment rental market in Berlin
— Research suitable apartments and present them to the clients
— Schedule viewings with agents and apply for apartments
— When necessary, accompany clients to viewing
— Carefully prepare application documentation
— Work hand in hand with your supervisor
— Accompanying clients to the authorities appointments
— Support customer success team with ongoing requests

About you
— University enrollment - you must be enrolled for at least 1,5 more years at a German University
— You have experience in apartment search (for yourself or ever helped friends or family with it)
— Excellent knowledge of Berlin and its rental market
— Fluent in English and German (C1)
— Other languages are a big benefit
— Strong communication skills
— Customer support oriented (attention to detail, follow up skills)
— Flexible hours

About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
