In order to take our Finance and Accounting processes to the next level, we are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious team member with an entrepreneurial mindset and relevant expertise in Finance, Controlling and Accounting. Please note we consider candidates who have minimum C1 proficiency in both English and German.

Responsibilities
What the role involves
— Preparation of annual budget, Monthly/Quarterly forecast updates and deviation analysis
— Reviewing financial statements and preparing regular management reports
— Communication with banks, investors and Taxation Authority
— Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results
— Monitor and audit pricing strategies
— Ensuring all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
— Regular accounting support of the company (collecting and processing receipts, invoices, monitoring payments)
— Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to drive best practices, standardize and improve efficiency

About you
— 4+ years of relevant finance experience or similar role in the technological product industry in a high-paced environment,
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
— BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
— Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
— Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
— Solid analytical and decision-making skills combined with close attention to detail

About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
