About position
Working Student | Business Development (f/m/x)
We are currently looking for a working student (20h/week) to assist our management in general business functions, product development and external communications. You'll be working closely with our CEO & development team, thus crucially affecting the future direction of the company.
Responsibilities
What the role involves
- You support the management in business development and planning
- You take over partner and stakeholder communication
- Develop innovative projects with us, e.g. implementation of new products, process automation, contract negotiations
- You help us with financial planning and budget controlling

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Current university enrollment
- Proficiency in German and English (written & spoken)

-Pursuing a business, legal, technical or related degree
-Enthusiasm for a dynamic startup environment

-Previous experience with startups, immigration law and/or business functions

How we work
About us
VISARIGHT has around 40 people spread over 6+ countries in different time zones. We’re a distributed team, though we have office in Magdeburg (DE).
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday - Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally, you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
We value commitment, ownership, proactivity, transparency, and respect. We’re proud to have employees from many different nationalities, genders, ages and backgrounds.
