You pay per case — and only for active days. A case is active on a calendar day if it was worked on that day or on any of the three preceding days; from the fourth day without work it is free of charge and still stays fully visible. Billing is day-accurate, monthly in arrears. Team members, clients and documents are always unlimited. Every monthly invoice itemises the billed cases transparently. 100 AI credits per month are included, one credit equals one AI action; additional credits can be purchased at any time.
