Bad Rappenau runs its own Ausländerbehörde (immigration office) in the town hall (Kirchplatz 4) and is therefore not organized through the Landratsamt Heilbronn (Heilbronn district administration office). The office is responsible for Bad Rappenau itself as well as for the municipalities of Kirchardt and Siegelsbach. If you live in a different municipality within the Landkreis Heilbronn (Heilbronn district), you should instead contact the Landratsamt Heilbronn or the dedicated Ausländerbehörden of Heilbronn, Neckarsulm, or Eppingen. Within the office, specific caseworkers are designated for immigration matters, and you can reach them directly.
