The Ausländerbehörde (foreigners' authority) in Balingen is the shared foreigners' authority of the large district town of Balingen and the Zollernalbkreis district administration office. It is responsible for almost the entire Zollernalbkreis district - with one important exception: if you live in Albstadt or in the municipality of Bitz, you do not turn to Balingen but to the large district town of Albstadt's own foreigners' authority. For all other places of residence in the district, Balingen is the right address. Residence-law matters run centrally through this one office in Balingen.
