If you live in one of the other municipalities in the district of Celle - such as Bergen, Eschede, Faßberg, Hambühren, Südheide, Wietze, Winsen (Aller), Flotwedel, Lachendorf, Wathlingen, or Lohheide - then the immigration unit of the district of Celle is your point of contact, not the city. Everything to do with residence permits is handled by the City of Celle at a single location.
