A single central foreigners' authority is responsible for the entire district of Cham: the Office for Foreigner Affairs in the Cham District Administration. Matters are distributed internally by purpose: there are separate responsibilities and dedicated email addresses for study, for work and family reunification, and for vocational training. The topic areas of skilled-worker immigration and residence for study and vocational training are bundled together; naturalizations are handled by the dedicated Citizenship and Civil Status Law unit in the same building.
