The Ausländerbehörde of the Oberkirch city administration is responsible exclusively for persons whose primary residence is in Oberkirch. Anyone living in another municipality of the Ortenaukreis district should contact the Migrationsamt of the Landratsamt Ortenaukreis in Offenburg (Badstraße 20a). Oberkirch is one of five large district towns in the Ortenaukreis that operates its own Ausländerbehörde.
