Residents of Radolfzell and its districts must contact the Stadtverwaltung Radolfzell directly. The office is located at Güttinger Straße 3, separate from the main town hall at Marktplatz 2. Anyone living elsewhere in the Landkreis Konstanz (outside of Radolfzell, Konstanz, and Singen) falls under the jurisdiction of the Landratsamt Konstanz.
