The Ausländerbehörde of Siegen-Wittgenstein district is part of the Office for Public Safety and Order and is responsible for all ten towns and municipalities in the district, except for the independent city of Siegen, which currently operates its own municipal Ausländerbehörde. By summer 2026, both authorities are to be merged into a single Ausländerbehörde under the district umbrella. The new shared location will be in the former Telekom building on Koblenzer Straße in Siegen.
