The Foreigners Registration Office (Ausländerbehörde) of the city of Überlingen is one of two independent foreigners registration offices in the Bodenseekreis district (the other is located in Friedrichshafen). It is responsible for residents of the city of Überlingen and the municipalities of Immenstaad, Owingen, and Sipplingen. The Landratsamt Bodenseekreis is responsible for all other municipalities in the district. All matters are handled at a single location on Bahnhofstraße.
