§ 18b Skilled Workers with Academic Training

If you have a university degree that is recognized in Germany, you are a skilled worker with academic training. You receive a residence permit. You are then allowed to do any qualified employment.
Qualified employment is work that requires university studies or vocational training.
Einer Fachkraft mit akademischer Ausbildung wird eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis zur Ausübung jeder qualifizierten Beschäftigung erteilt.
