§ 91e Common Provisions on Intra-Community Data Transmission

Definitions for Data Transfers
For the intra-community data transfers under Sections 91c to 91g, the following terms apply:
Personal details are:
- Names (family name, birth name, first names, former names)
- Date of birth and place of birth
- Gender
- Nationalities
- Residential address in Germany
Identity and travel document information are:
- Type of document
- Number
- Issuing authority
- Date of issue and period of validity
Im Sinne der §§ 91c bis 91g sind
- 1.Personalien: Namen, insbesondere Familienname, Geburtsname, Vornamen und früher geführte Namen, Geburtsdatum, Geburtsort, Geschlecht, Staatsangehörigkeiten und Wohnanschrift im Inland,
- 2.Angaben zum Identitäts- und Reisedokument: Art, Nummer, ausgebende Stelle, Ausstellungsdatum und Gültigkeitsdauer.
