§ 32 Consent of the supreme state authority

Your visa does not need approval from the foreigners authority (under Section 31) if the supreme state authority (for example, the Interior Ministry of the federal state) has already approved the visa.
Ein Visum bedarf nicht der Zustimmung der Ausländerbehörde nach § 31, wenn die oberste Landesbehörde der Visumerteilung zugestimmt hat.
