Anlage D3 AufenthV: Fiktionsbescheinigung pursuant to Section 81 subsection 5 of the Residence Act
This text was rewritten into plain language (B1 level) automatically and may contain errors. Only the official German statute is authoritative — when in doubt, read the original text below or consult a lawyer.
This page explains the sticker on your Fiktionsbescheinigung (certificate confirming your temporary right to stay while your application is being processed) under Section 81(5) of the Residence Act.
The document consists of two parts: a carrier form and a sticker. The carrier form has a front side and a back side.
The sticker on page 5 The authority must always attach the sticker shown in this annex to page 5. This is mandatory.
The sticker may not be used without the carrier form. This is prohibited. The sticker therefore always belongs to this one carrier form.
If it is extended If your Fiktionsbescheinigung is extended, the authority must use a new sticker. This is mandatory.
The authority may carry out up to two extensions with the same carrier form. This is allowed. More than two extensions are not allowed with this carrier form.
Entry on page 6 For every sticker, the authority must enter the sticker's serial number on page 6. This is mandatory.
The authority must confirm each of these entries with an official seal (Dienstsiegel). An official seal is an official stamp of the authority. This is also mandatory.
