Transitional Provision for Naturalisation Applications
For naturalisation applications filed by 23 August 2023: Section 10(1) sentence 1 number 3 in the previous version (before 27 June 2024) applies. This applies insofar as the previous version contains more favourable provisions.
Auf Einbürgerungsanträge, die bis zum 23. August 2023 gestellt worden sind, ist § 10 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 3 in der vor dem 27. Juni 2024 geltenden Fassung anzuwenden, soweit er günstigere Bestimmungen enthält.
