Criminal Provision on Naturalisation
Anyone who provides incorrect or incomplete information in order to fraudulently obtain a naturalisation: This is punishable by imprisonment up to 5 years or by a fine.
The information must relate to essential requirements for the naturalisation. It is also a criminal offence to use such information to fraudulently obtain a naturalisation for another person.
Mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe wird bestraft, wer unrichtige oder unvollständige Angaben zu wesentlichen Voraussetzungen der Einbürgerung macht oder benutzt, um für sich oder einen anderen eine Einbürgerung zu erschleichen.
