Revocation of Approval and Withdrawal of Work Permit (§ 41 AufenthG)
The Federal Employment Agency can revoke the approval for employment. It can also withdraw your work permit.
This happens if:
- you have worse working conditions than comparable German workers, or
- there is a ground for refusal under § 40. For example: illegal placement or undeclared work.
Die Zustimmung kann widerrufen und die Arbeitserlaubnis der Bundesagentur für Arbeit kann entzogen werden, wenn der Ausländer zu ungünstigeren Arbeitsbedingungen als vergleichbare inländische Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt wird oder der Tatbestand des § 40 erfüllt ist.
