§ 79 Application to persons entitled to freedom of movement

Certain rules of this ordinance also apply to foreign nationals who have the right of free movement under the Freedom of Movement Act/EU (Freizügigkeitsgesetz/EU). These are primarily EU citizens and their family members.
The following rules particularly apply to them: the rules on passport substitute documents, exemption from the residence title requirement, obligations regarding identity documents, and the fee regulations.
