Annex D11 — Supplementary Sheet for Residence Titles
Annex D11 describes the template for the supplementary sheet for residence titles and toleration status (Duldung). The supplementary sheet is used when there is not enough space in the main document, for example for ancillary conditions.

Vermerke, insbesondere zu Nebenbestimmungen, die mangels vorhandenen Raums für Eintragungen nicht in das entsprechende Etikett eingetragen werden können, sollen nur in einem Trägervordruck nach Anlage D1 oder D2b oder auf einem Etikett nach dieser Anlage eingetragen werden.
