§ 25 Culture and entertainment

Culture and entertainment
Approval can be granted with a priority check for persons who:
- Perform an artistic or acrobatic employment. This also applies to support staff needed for the performance.
- Are posted to Germany for a guest performance or a foreign film or TV production. The employment must last longer than 90 days.
Die Zustimmung kann mit Vorrangprüfung für Personen erteilt werden, die
- 1.eine künstlerische oder artistische Beschäftigung oder eine Beschäftigung als Hilfspersonal, das für die Darbietung erforderlich ist, ausüben oder
- 2.zu einer länger als 90 Tage dauernden Beschäftigung im Rahmen von Gastspielen oder ausländischen Film- oder Fernsehproduktionen entsandt werden.
