§ 19 One-time payment for children

One-time payment of 100 euros for children
Minor benefit recipients receive a one-time payment of 100 euros.
You receive the one-time payment if:
- you are entitled to benefits for the month of October 2022
- you are a minor
You do not need to submit a separate application.
You do not receive the one-time payment if:
- you were entitled to child benefit (Kindergeld) in any of the months from January to October 2022
Minderjährige Leistungsberechtigte erhalten eine Einmalzahlung in Höhe von 100 Euro, wenn sie für den Monat Oktober 2022 Anspruch auf Leistungen nach diesem Gesetz haben. Eines gesonderten Antrags bedarf es nicht. Ausgenommen von der Einmalzahlung nach Satz 1 sind Leistungsberechtigte, für die in einem der Monate von Januar bis Oktober 2022 ein Anspruch auf Kindergeld besteht.
