Transitional provision for basic benefit recipients
This rule applies to persons who received benefits under Section 2(1) until 26 February 2024.
For these persons, the old version of Section 2 of the Asylum Seekers'' Benefits Act continues to apply. This is the version of 5 August 1997 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2022). This was last amended on 23 May 2022 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 760).
Für Leistungsberechtigte, die bis zum 26. Februar 2024 Leistungen gemäß § 2 Absatz 1 erhalten haben, ist § 2 dieses Gesetzes in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 5. August 1997 (BGBl. I S. 2022), das zuletzt durch Artikel 4 des Gesetzes vom 23. Mai 2022 (BGBl. I S. 760) geändert worden ist, weiter anzuwenden.
