§ 45a Fees for express procedures

If you need your residence title through an express procedure (urgent case), you must pay an additional fee of 35 euros.
This fee is added on top of the regular fees (under Sections 44, 44a, 45, and 45c).
Für die Ausstellung eines Aufenthaltstitels nach § 78 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes in eilbedürftigen Fällen (Expressverfahren) ist zu den Gebührentatbeständen nach den §§ 44, 44a, 45 und 45c eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 35 Euro zu erheben.
