Transitional Provision Regarding Section 31
This transitional provision concerns Section 31 paragraph 1 sentence 1 numbers 1 and 2 of the Residence Ordinance. For certain cases that began before the law change, the previous regulation continues to apply.
Bis zur vollständigen Umsetzung des § 31 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 und 2 im automatisierten Visumverfahren des Bundesverwaltungsamtes, längstens jedoch bis zum 30. Juni 2013, können die Ausländerbehörden auch in den Fällen am Visumverfahren beteiligt werden, in denen auf Grund von § 31 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 und 2 in der Fassung vom 27. Februar 2013 (BGBl. I S. 351) ein Visum nicht der Zustimmung der Ausländerbehörde bedarf.
