Language teachers and specialty cooks
(1) Native language teachers: Approval can be granted for teachers giving native language instruction. They work at schools under the supervision of the respective consular representation. The approval is valid for up to 5 years.
(2) Specialty cooks: Approval can be granted with a priority check for specialty cooks. The following rules apply:
- You work full-time in a specialty restaurant
- The approval is valid for up to 4 years
- The first approval is valid for a maximum of 1 year
(3) Waiting period: After your residence permit expires, you must wait at least 3 years. Only then can approval for renewed employment be granted.
(1) Die Zustimmung kann für Lehrkräfte zur Erteilung muttersprachlichen Unterrichts in Schulen unter Aufsicht der jeweils zuständigen berufskonsularischen Vertretung mit einer Geltungsdauer von bis zu fünf Jahren erteilt werden.
(2) Die Zustimmung kann mit Vorrangprüfung für Spezialitätenköchinnen und Spezialitätenköche für die Ausübung einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung in Spezialitätenrestaurants mit einer Geltungsdauer von bis zu vier Jahren erteilt werden. Die erstmalige Zustimmung wird längstens für ein Jahr erteilt.
(3) Für eine erneute Beschäftigung nach den Absätzen 1 und 2 darf die Zustimmung nicht vor Ablauf von drei Jahren nach Ablauf des früheren Aufenthaltstitels erteilt werden.
