In-company further training
For in-company further training in Germany, the immigration office does not need approval from the Federal Employment Agency.
Requirements:
- You are a skilled worker employed abroad by an internationally active group or company
- You participate in in-company further training at the German branch of the group or company
- The training lasts no more than 90 days within 12 months
