§ 21 Provision of services

Provision of services
For the provision of services, the immigration office does not need approval from the Federal Employment Agency.
Requirements:
- You are properly employed by a company based in an EU member state or an EEA contracting state
- You work in the country where the company is based
- You are temporarily posted to Germany to provide a service
Keiner Zustimmung bedarf die Erteilung eines Aufenthaltstitels an Personen, die von einem Unternehmen mit Sitz in einem Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union oder einem Vertragsstaat des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum in dem Sitzstaat des Unternehmens ordnungsgemäß beschäftigt sind und zur Erbringung einer Dienstleistung vorübergehend in das Bundesgebiet entsandt werden.
