§ 3 BeschV: Senior executives, managers and specialists

Consent to employment may be granted for:
- Senior employees (persons in management positions).
- Members of the management board of a company who are authorised to represent the company.
- Specialists with particular knowledge. These are persons with specialist expertise for qualified work in Germany.
Die Zustimmung kann erteilt werden für
- 1.leitende Angestellte,
- 2.Mitglieder des Organs einer juristischen Person, die zur gesetzlichen Vertretung berechtigt sind, oder
- 3.Personen, die für die Ausübung einer inländischen qualifizierten Beschäftigung über besondere, vor allem unternehmensspezifische Spezialkenntnisse verfügen.
