Hardship provision
In cases of special hardship, approval can be granted without a priority check.
This means: If denying approval would cause particular hardship for you, the Federal Employment Agency can grant approval even if the normal requirements are not fully met.
Ausländerinnen und Ausländern kann die Zustimmung zur Ausübung einer Beschäftigung ohne Vorrangprüfung erteilt werden, wenn deren Versagung eine besondere Härte bedeuten würde.
