Recruitment and placement
For certain countries, special rules apply to the recruitment and placement of workers.
Rule: Recruitment and job placement from these countries for employment in health and care professions may only be carried out by the Federal Employment Agency.
Which countries are affected is listed in the annex to the BeschV.
Die Anwerbung in Staaten und die Arbeitsvermittlung aus Staaten, die in der Anlage zu dieser Verordnung aufgeführt sind, darf für eine Beschäftigung in Gesundheits- und Pflegeberufen nur von der Bundesagentur für Arbeit durchgeführt werden.
