Nationals of Accession States
If an EU accession treaty provides for different rules: This law still applies if the Federal Employment Agency has approved the employment. The approval is granted under Section 284(1) of the Third Book of the Social Code.
Soweit nach Maßgabe des Beitrittsvertrages eines Mitgliedstaates zur Europäischen Union abweichende Regelungen anzuwenden sind, findet dieses Gesetz Anwendung, wenn die Beschäftigung durch die Bundesagentur für Arbeit nach § 284 Absatz 1 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch genehmigt wurde.
