§ 17 In-company further training

In-company further training
For in-company further training in Germany, the immigration office does not need approval from the Federal Employment Agency.
Requirements:
- You are a skilled worker employed abroad by an internationally active group or company
- You participate in in-company further training at the German branch of the group or company
- The training lasts no more than 90 days within 12 months
Keiner Zustimmung bedarf die Erteilung eines Aufenthaltstitels an im Ausland beschäftigte Fachkräfte eines international tätigen Konzerns oder Unternehmens zum Zweck einer betrieblichen Weiterbildung im inländischen Konzern- oder Unternehmensteil für bis zu 90 Tage innerhalb eines Zeitraums von zwölf Monaten.
