Cross-border commuter employment
If you apply for a cross-border commuter card under § 12 paragraph 1 of the Residence Ordinance, approval can be granted with a priority check.
You need a cross-border commuter card if you live in a neighboring country and regularly commute to Germany for work.
Zur Erteilung einer Grenzgängerkarte nach § 12 Absatz 1 der Aufenthaltsverordnung kann die Zustimmung mit Vorrangprüfung erteilt werden.
