Confidentiality Obligations for Deportations
Information about the specific procedure of a deportation is subject to confidentiality. This applies in particular to the timing and the exact procedures.
The same applies to information about orders under Section 82(4) sentence 1.
A violation of this confidentiality obligation is punishable under Section 353b of the Criminal Code.
Informationen zum konkreten Ablauf einer Abschiebung, insbesondere Informationen nach § 59 Absatz 1 Satz 8 sind Geheimnisse oder Nachrichten nach § 353b Absatz 1 oder Absatz 2 des Strafgesetzbuches. Gleiches gilt für Informationen zum konkreten Ablauf, insbesondere zum Zeitpunkt von Anordnungen nach § 82 Absatz 4 Satz 1.
