§ 77 Administrative offences

Anyone who does not comply with certain obligations under this ordinance commits an administrative offence (Ordnungswidrigkeit). This can result in a fine (Bußgeld).
You commit an administrative offence if you intentionally or negligently (through carelessness):
- Fail to make a notification, make an incorrect notification, or make a notification too late.
- Fail to apply for a passport or substitute identity document in good time.
- Fail to report the loss of a document, or report it too late.
- Fail to present documents to the authority in good time.
- Fail to report the loss or recovery of a document with a chip.
- Fail to present a document with a defective chip or fail to apply for a reissue.
Ordnungswidrig im Sinne des § 98 Abs. 3 Nr. 7 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes handelt, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig
- 1.entgegen § 38c eine Mitteilung nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig, nicht in der vorgeschriebenen Weise oder nicht rechtzeitig macht, 2. entgegen § 56 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 bis 3 oder 4 einen Antrag nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig stellt,
- 3.entgegen § 56 Abs. 1 Nr. 5 oder Abs. 2 Satz 1 eine Anzeige nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig erstattet,
- 4.entgegen § 56 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 oder 7 oder § 57 eine dort genannte Urkunde nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig vorlegt,
- 5.entgegen § 57a Nummer 1 eine Anzeige nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig erstattet oder ein Dokument nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig vorlegt oder
- 6.entgegen § 57a Nummer 2 ein Dokument nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig vorlegt oder die Neuausstellung nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig beantragt.
