§ 8 BeschV: In-company training and further education; recognition of foreign professional qualifications

Approval can be granted for in-company training and further education. This applies to:
1. In-company vocational training
You can receive a residence permit (Aufenthaltserlaubnis) for training in a company.
2. Recognition of foreign professional qualifications
You can receive a residence permit to have your foreign qualification recognized.
3. Practical work for professional recognition
If you need the equivalence of your degree for qualified employment or a professional practice permit in a regulated profession (profession requiring a license), approval can be granted for a temporary practical activity.
(1) Die Zustimmung kann für die Erteilung eines Aufenthaltstitels nach § 16a Absatz 1 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes erteilt werden.
(2) Die Zustimmung kann für die Erteilung einer Aufenthaltserlaubnis nach § 16d Absatz 1 Satz 2 Nummer 3 und Absatz 2 des Aufenthaltsgesetzes erteilt werden.
(3) Ist für eine qualifizierte Beschäftigung
- 1.die Feststellung der Gleichwertigkeit eines im Ausland erworbenen Berufsabschlusses im Sinne des § 18a des Aufenthaltsgesetzes oder
- 2.in einem im Inland reglementierten Beruf die Befugnis zur Berufsausübung notwendig und ist hierfür eine vorherige befristete praktische Tätigkeit im Inland erforderlich, kann der Erteilung des Aufenthaltstitels für die Ausübung dieser befristeten Beschäftigung zugestimmt werden.
