§ 12 FreizügG/EU: Nationals of EEA states

All rules of this law that apply to EU citizens also apply to nationals of EEA states (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway) who are not EU citizens.
This also applies to their family members and close persons.
Die nach diesem Gesetz für Unionsbürger, Familienangehörige von Unionsbürgern und nahestehende Personen von Unionsbürgern geltenden Regelungen finden jeweils auch für Staatsangehörige der EWR-Staaten, die nicht Unionsbürger sind, und für ihre Familienangehörigen und ihre nahestehenden Personen Anwendung.
