§ 14 Duration of the restriction of entitlements

How long does the restriction last?
A restriction of entitlements under this law is limited to 6 months.
If you continue to violate your obligations after that: The restriction can be continued. This only applies if the legal requirements are still met.
(1) Die Anspruchseinschränkungen nach diesem Gesetz sind auf sechs Monate zu befristen.
(2) Im Anschluss ist die Anspruchseinschränkung bei fortbestehender Pflichtverletzung fortzusetzen, sofern die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen der Anspruchseinschränkung weiterhin erfüllt werden.
