§ 33 Exemption from consent requirement for ethnic German resettlers

Your visa does not need approval from the foreigners authority (deviating from Section 31) if you are a late repatriate (Spätaussiedler) or belong to a late repatriate's family.
This applies to:
- Persons with an admission notice under the Federal Expellees Act
- Spouses and descendants included in the admission notice (under Section 27(1), sentences 2 to 4, of the Federal Expellees Act)
Abweichend von § 31 bedarf das Visum nicht der Zustimmung der Ausländerbehörde bei Inhabern von Aufnahmebescheiden nach dem Bundesvertriebenengesetz und den nach § 27 Abs. 1 Satz 2 bis 4 des Bundesvertriebenengesetzes in den Aufnahmebescheid einbezogenen Ehegatten und Abkömmlingen.
