§ 6b Commencement of benefits

When do your benefits start?
The point in time when you start receiving benefits under §§ 3, 4, and 6 AsylbLG follows § 18 of the Twelfth Book of the Social Code (SGB XII).
This means: Benefits start from the moment the office learns about your need. You should contact the office as early as possible.
